I had owned my own boutique real estate brokerage, Home Discovery Team Inc., in Chicagoland and the North Shore for 22 years prior to this chapter with Koenig & Strey Real Living. I grew my business offering my clientele a boutique approach with their real estate needs. I have seen many different market cycles, neighborhood development and various deal structures. Through it all I have maintained an excellent reputation in the Chicagoland real estate market as a top producing, professional, aggressive broker, making all my transactions as smooth as possible. I made the decision to affiliate with Koenig & Strey three years ago to get my clientele the highest level of service. From the upper end Luxury market and affordable property to High-rise Condominiums, Single Family homes, Lofts, Vintage Condominiums and Cooperatives, 2 Flats, 3 Flats and Multi Unit property; I work in every capacity to ensure a successful deal!

I grew up in Elmhurst, IL. My family is still living there also working on my Home Discovery team! Juliet and her husband, Steve Holubowicz and my father Bob Mills and I all work together with the Home Discovery Team to provide the best service possible to people we’ve know for a lifetime! I am married to James Klatt from Elmhurst and we have a 2 year old, Joseph, and just had our second child, Judith Helen Klatt in January 2012. We live in Lincoln Park of Chicago.
